Visual: Real cork, aluminum foil seal. Pours clear diluted apple juice yellow, a few very large bubbles along the perimeter
Nose: apple juice from concentrate, hints of apple cider vinegar. (lvl-5)-pungency
Attack: like juice, incoming sweetness
Mid-palate: (lvl-8)-sweetness, alcoholic bitterness, medium acidic sour, thin mouthfeel, (MAIN) from concentrate red apple juice, Welch’s white grape,
Finish: residual cloying sweetness, light tart, alcoholic throat warmth, peach/apricot exhale.
Summary: Best had with savoury dishes, currently its going down pretty decent with Japanese curry rice; Far too sugary sweet on its own, especially as it warms. Actually, every subsequent sip seems to compound in sweetness. It drinks like an inexpensive wine that it is
