  • Style: India Session Ale
  • Taste: Refreshing guava grapefruit barley malt mild-banana-wheat coriander
  • Where I got it : BC Liquor Stores
  • How much: $6.40 – 650ml., October 2015
  • Do I love this enough to drink it again: no
  • Would I recommend this to beer aficionados: worth a whirl

Visual: Pours almost clear daisy petal yellow with a small dissipating bubbly head, a thin hazy layer with sticky lacing, suspended sediment, only a few bubbles.

Nose: lots of sweet guava and grapefruit citrus on the nose (as advertised). (lvl-7)-pungency

Attack: crisp-fizzy-tingly, subdued bitter

Mid-palate: (lvl-3)-sweetness, (MAIN) barley malt, yellow grapefruit, coriander

Finish: light banana wheat malt, grapefruit peel bitter hops, lingering hoppy bitterness.

Summary: Very nice transitions from the bright fruity citrus up front to the malty sweet in the mids, and finally dry wheat and bitter hops at the finish, all without being heavy.
