“With a hop flavour that is out of this world, hop circle IPA will probe your tastebuds and abduct your sense. The gravitational pull of this IPA will have you searching the galaxy for another close encounter of the thirst kind. Resistance is futile.”
- Style: IPA
- Taste: Biting bitter piney hops caramel malt dry
- Do I love this enough to drink it again: no
- Would I recommend this to beer aficionados: not really
Visual: Pours golden amber with suspended sediment, a small dissipating head, several small bubble steady streams.
Nose: faint pine hopped malts, clean green (lvl-3)-pungency
Attack: immediate bitter hops
Mid-palate: (lvl-3)-sweetness, fizzy-crisp bite, (MAIN) piney hops, caramel malts, grassy, bitter peel
Finish: very DRY, biting hopped bitterness.
Summary: A very biting bitter hopped IPA with all pine and zero citrus. Not really my type of IPA, too sharp.
