Visual: Pours dark cola brown with a crazy massive foamy head, great retention, lots of super fast streams here and there.
Nose: super floral bouquet of lavender and chamomile. (lvl-9)-pungency
Attack: creamy-fizzy crisp mouthfeel
Mid-palate: (lvl-5)-sweetness, (MAIN) lavender, cola malts, chamomile
Finish: light burpy, hibiscus, medium sourness, malty subtly hopped bittersweet finish.
Summary: Wow, wickedly unique with a great visual pour. The lavender flavour comes out surprisingly clean and harmonizes well with the Saison style. Worth a try. My kind of whimsical beer.
