Visual: heavy quality glass green bottle. Pours translucent sunburst orange with an awesome large ultra-foamy head, super long foamy retention, lots of champagne-like bubbly activity.
Nose: not much there on the nose when chilled, hints of floral hopped malts after 15 mins. (4/10 aromatic strength)
Attack: super whipped-cream silky mouthfeel, crispness
Mid-palate: (MAIN) orange hoppy bitterness, sweet(6/10) orange-apricot (HINT) yellow grapefruit
Finish: burpy, grapefruit hopped sour-bitter finish
Summary: This one is all about bitter hoppy citrus creamy smoothness. Executed to highest standards and extremely drinkable, though could use more complexity.
