from ratebeer.com:

“Danish Dream (AKA American Dream) is a lager which is packed with American hops. This beer is meant to be drunk directly out of the bottle, on a hot summer day.”

My notes:
  • My Rating: B
  • Why I like it: crisp, clean and refreshing with carry
  • Where I got it: Keg n Cork (EDM)
  • How much: $5 , June 2012
  • Do I love this enough to drink it again: no
  • Would I recommend this to beer aficionados: yes

Tasting notes: pours cloudy orange with a small sized foamy head, nothing immediately visible for CO2 streams. Candied mandarin orange on the nose, almost soaplike. Holy crap aggressive bitter hops (10/10) up front which persist throughout, nice creamy mouthfeel, flavours of bitter orange peel, strong orange blossom water, and a lingering dry hoppy bitter finish. Medium complexity, medium depth, good transitions, good carry, good drinkability. Overall impressive and clean for 4.6% ABV.
